How we hire
Accountability over credentials
We hire for accountability under ambiguity, the discipline to escalate cleanly, and the patience to do partnership work where it earns its return. Process: structured technical and case interviews, panel review, and a working session with the relevant pillar lead.

Early career
Graduate and early-career programs
Our graduate intake places early-career operators into rotating placements across at least two pillars within their first 24 months. The intent is program leadership, not departmental specialism.
