Approach · Engagement Model
Five ways clients engage us.
Programs vary in scope, risk profile, and the degree to which the buyer wants Blue Chip to hold operating accountability. We structure engagements to match.
01
Advisory
We diagnose and recommend. The buyer executes with their own teams or vendors. Used for early-stage programs and feasibility decisions.
02
Managed Delivery
We deliver the program end-to-end across the relevant service lines, against a defined scope and budget, with a defined handover point.
03
Build-Operate-Transfer
We build the program, operate it for a defined period, and transfer it to the buyer or a successor operator. Used most often in infrastructure and BPO engagements.
04
Joint Venture
We co-invest with the buyer or a consortium and hold operating accountability over the life of the venture.
05
PPP Consortium Lead
We assemble and lead a consortium responding to a public-sector program. The buyer is, in effect, a co-partner from procurement onward.
Every engagement type carries the same governance posture and the same SDG reporting standard. The difference is scope and risk-share, not quality of delivery.
Bring us your hardest program.
If a program is too complex to deliver inside one organization, that is the program we exist for. A capability briefing is a 45-minute structured conversation with the relevant pillar lead. We come prepared.
