What we collect
When you submit one of our forms — capability briefing, RFP intake, media inquiry, or SDG 17 framework download — we collect the information you provide on that form. We collect no other personal data through this website except first-party analytics described below.
How we use it
We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, to route it to the relevant pillar or function, and to deliver any document you have requested. We do not sell, trade, or transfer personal information to outside parties for marketing purposes.
Email service provider
Form submissions and confirmation emails are delivered using Resend as our email service provider. Resend processes the data necessary to deliver email on our behalf, including the recipient address, sender address, subject, and body. Resend acts as our processor and is bound by a data processing agreement.
RFP file uploads
Files attached to RFP submissions are virus-scanned before being attached to the email routed to our procurement function. Files are retained alongside the procurement record for the duration required by the engagement and the relevant retention policy.
Analytics
We use first-party analytics to understand site usage. Where non-essential cookies are required, your consent is sought before they load.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by writing to privacy@bluechip.example. Where local law provides additional rights, those apply in addition to the above.
Updates
This notice is reviewed at least annually and updated when our processing activity materially changes.
